Pre-Season & Off-Season Checklists

PHS Boys Lacrosse

Important - Improve Your Game All Year Long

Whether no matter when it is, pre-season, post-season, or during the actual season, it is important to grow in skill and in strength - both mentally and physically. For your body, you need to start strength training well before the season starts. But if you haven't already started, do it now. You will see improvements in your strength, speed, shots, and mental accuity, all in a short few weeks with consistent workout routines. So sart now if you haven't. Restart, Refocus, and Recommit if you have slacked off or "forgot".

JUST DO IT !!!    I know you can.
