Pre-Season Checklist (Term 3)


For the Best-Season
Fall / Winter Checklist

  • Conditioning: Do Coach Carl's Conditioning routines 3+ days a week terms 1 thru 2 -> August to January OR register for Weightlifting Class with Coach Tano – first semester (terms 1 & 2)

  • Academic Eligibility: Term/Quarter 2. See requirements at the official PHS Athletic & Performing Arts Eligibility page.

  • Players - Join other players on GroupMe player's channel/chat.

  • Play Wall Ball Practice ball handling (consider cone drills too). Recommended wall ball routine.

  • Attend Fall practices & games (term/quarter 1 & 2) that you are able to AND/OR Play PHS football and attend football practices.


Post-Season Checklist

  • Conditioning: Do Coach Carl's Conditioning routines 3+ days a week June thru August AND/OR attend summer PHS football team workouts and practices.

  • Play Wall Ball Practice ball handling (consider cone drills too). Recommended wall ball routine.

  • Attend any bootcamps you are able too - BYU, UVU, Advantage LC, Summer Sevens, etc.
