Conditioning: Do Coach Carl's Conditioning routines at least 2 days a week (best if 3+ times before games schedule starts) OR register for Weightlifting/Conditioning Class (4B + others) with Coach Tano – second semester.
Register on registermyathlete.com - make sure to mark Boys Lacrosse as a sport you will be participating in.
Schedule Physical: Schedule a physical with your doctor and fill out the Physical Form. Submit as part of the process for Register My Athlete in main office (to Mike Hunter - Athletic Director). Skip if already done for another sport this current school year.
