Conditioning: Do Coach Carl's Conditioning routines 3+ days a week (terms 3 thru 4 -> January to May) OR register for Weightlifting Class with Coach Tano – second semester (terms 3 & 4).
Play Wall Ball Practice ball handling. Recommended wall ball routine.
Register on registermyathlete.com - make sure to mark Boys Lacrosse as a sport you will be participating in. If previously registered for another sport, ensure you update your information to include Boys Lacrosse.
Schedule Physical: Schedule a physical with your doctor and fill out the Physical Form. Submit as part of the process for Register My Athlete in main office (to Mike Hunter - Athletic Director). Skip physical if already done for another sport this current school year.

Apply for Fee Waiver (if needed – Main Office / Financial Office).
Pay for Lacrosse Fees at Financial Office - but only after roster is completed. Or, sell an advertising banner that will credit $375-$400 towards the fees for a player.
Submit / Provide any schedule conflicts for practices and games for things like: work, extra curricular activities/groups (student gov, choir, band, performances, competitions, etc), family vacations, etc. Make sure Coach Ray (Kevin) confirms the scheduling conflict.
