PHS Boys Lacrosse

The Provo High Boys Lacrosse Team needs your help. We provide leadership, fair team play, growth through hard work and consistency, and experiential growth for high school aged student athletes, all via the game of lacrosse. But we also need lot of help too. So we ask, if you are able to, please consider making a donation to help us buy new equipment and supplies for our program and boys by using the link below.

If you would like to sponsor the team, make a donation to cover a specific player's fees, or volunteer, please contact Kevin Ray (Head Coach) or any assistant coach before or after practices.

Directions:

  1. Use the button link to go to the general donation page for PHS.
  2. Scroll down to BOYS LACROSSE DONATE for $1.00
  3. Change the Quantity to the desired amount you wish to donate to the Boys Lacrosse Team/Program. Note: If on a smaller device screeen (like a phone screen held vertically), you will need to rotate the device so that it is wider to get the full form to display as it might "disappear" on smaller screens and will not be viewable.
  4. Press the "Add to Cart" button once you have the desired amount entered in the quantity box.
  5. Press the checkout button and follow the directions/prompts from that point to complete the payment securely online.
